Meet Sonia Nicolas
Hi, I’m Sonia Nicolas, the owner of Sonic Accounts.
I am a Registered BAS Agent with over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll and business administration. I help Australian small business owners stay on top of their financial records, BAS obligations and payroll requirements with reliable and practical bookkeeping support.
I understand that running a business involves much more than keeping the books. Business owners are often busy managing customers, staff and day-to-day operations, which is why having accurate and up-to-date financial records is so important.
My approach is simple. I take the time to understand your business, communicate clearly and provide bookkeeping solutions that suit your needs.
Over the years, I have supported businesses with everyday bookkeeping, BAS preparation and lodgement, payroll, reporting, Xero and MYOB, as well as helping businesses get their accounts organised when they have fallen behind.
I am fully insured, hold a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting, and a Diploma of Management, which supports my understanding of both financial processes and the day-to-day challenges involved in running a business. I am also a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and complete ongoing professional development to stay up to date with changes in Australian bookkeeping, payroll and compliance requirements.
I am also a Justice of the Peace (Qual), which reflects my commitment to honesty, integrity and maintaining high professional standards. These are the same values I bring to every client relationship and every aspect of my work.
